So many Diets and Weight Loss Suggestions which Diet is good for you? Well, the answer is we don’t know. With so many diets out there can anybody say which diet is best? Because whatever diet works for me does not necessarily mean what is best for you.
And do you want to know why? because we are all different from our body types to our genetics. I have had diets work great on my cousins, best friends and even ex girl friends. But not me and vice versa I will swear by a Diet or weight loss product that works wonders for me but not them. So how do know what is going to work on you? The short answer is you don’t and well to be honest the only way to find out what works for you and what does not is for you to bite the bullet and try whatever you think will work for you.
And if it does great ! if it does not well then there are others to choose from and well this is where we come it by listing our favorite choices just for you to make a decision and try.

Don’t think of it as a diet but more of a guide of what to eat and the things you should be eating to achieve your weight loss goals. The book has been out since 2019 and it’s still one of the bestsellers today.

Now the reason why I said supposedly is that again, everyone is different. Many women might get a big difference, but many might not so to say its the most effective for all women over 35 you really can’t say. But you might even get good or even better results, or you might see a difference, and that maybe even good enough for you. I am not saying do not try this but what I am saying is that if you keep an open mind. And always go the extra mile like at least having an exercise program.
Now you are lead to believe that all carbs are the devil and that may be true but like everything, there is a science to it. My senior year of high school in 1989 I felt my belly getting big. So after school every night at work I ordered a medium pizza and just drank water for a month and had a light breakfast and lunch. And boom I lost 7 good pounds and my acid-washed jeans fit better again.
Now mind you I was 17 and had no idea what I was doing but hey it worked, that also told me that there is a science to all of this and these guys Rusty Moore & Mark Kislich figured it all out and well it kinda makes sense it does.
