Sabatino’s Maplewood New Jersey Pizza Review

Sabatino’s Pizza Review..

Today we went to one of my Hometowns Maplewood New Jersey and Visited Sabatino’s at 513 Valley Street. I have known this dude ever since he was born. I know his family since way back. So when I Heard he opened up a Pizzeria well I just had to go and see his childhood dream come to life.

There is no such thing as the best pizza, so many places make it in different ways. And not to mention there are so many people with so many opinions on what the best is.. When I was a kid it was The Roman Gourmet in Maplewood Village. Then it was Maplewood Pizzeria , but I still went to both. I eventually got a job at Maplewood Pizzeria not for long but became good friends with Umberto really good guy and boss.

Now Sabatinos rolls around and changes the game, he recipe’s are just amazing . He spent months perfecting his dough, he spent a few years in Italy learning how to cook. And he brings that all here to America and his Restaurant.. I will never ask him about the secret things he does, but then again I am so busy eating and enjoying it I really can care less.

I am sure if you are an experienced chef like Sab is you can taste what he does. But I am not even on that level I just know what is good and what a majority of the people would love to eat. There are some people who do not even like pizza. Some will only eat it with out cheese.

Everybody is different . So I can’t say that Sab’s is the best because there are so many that are very good themselves.

But I will say Sabs is my favorite by far, I really like what he has developed and I hope many of you will too..
